Tannei Casey

Tannei Casey learned how to sew and knit at a very young age which led to her studying Fashion Design in college. While her career has taken her in other directions, her passions for knitting and sewing continually simmered away in the background and in 2009, she turned her love of sewing into a business, 'Tanneicasey Handmade LLC'. Based in Philadelphia, PA, USA and selling through an Etsy shop she began by making tote bags and baby quilts. But of course her love for knitting soon meant it was a natural progression to focus on designing and making project bags, totes and notions pouches for knitters.

'Tanneicasey Handmade LLC' is a one woman business. Every item in her shop is created and handled by Tannei from start to finish. From creating a thoughtful design, pattern drafting, sourcing fabrics and notions to sewing, hand finishing, product photography and shipping orders, meticulous care and attention to detail is taken every step of the way.
