Yvonne Tate

Yvonne Tate is a crochet designer, teacher and owner of Vonne's Crochet & Beading's + Maille based in Brooklyn, New York, USA. A member of the New York City Crochet Guild she was taught to knit and crochet by her mother and in her mother's honour continues to share her love of those fibre craft through teaching others.

She is a Craft Yarn Council Certified Crochet Teacher, former officer of the NYC Crochet Guild, former Associate Professional member of the Crochet Guild of America and over the past 15 years, she has taught, demonstrated and self-published crochet designs for the NYC Crochet Guild, Bead Biz, Tess Yarns, Twisted Sistah Beads & Fibers, Creative Yarn Source, Slip Stitch Needlecraft, String Thing Studio and DC37.

Her creative process stems from the curiosity of combining stitches and techniques and she self-publishes patterns which are available in PDF format from her patter store on Ravelry.
